ReceivingCheck compares purchase-order, accepted-receipt and supplier-invoice CSV exports so reviewers can inspect quantity and price differences alongside source-row evidence.
Try the built-in synthetic sample, or select your own CSV files and map their columns. File contents are processed locally in your browser after the comparison engine downloads. Files must share consistent supplier, purchase-order and line identifiers; each file is limited to 16 MB. You can download the resulting review report.
Software teams can buy the $499 source package, including Python and browser interfaces, examples, tests, a nonexclusive commercial license and 30 days of written setup support.
This is an experimental tool developed with AI assistance. It has no paying customers or validated customer-export compatibility. Results need review against original records. It does not approve payments, update inventory, extract PDFs, or handle taxes, freight, credits or currency conversion.
