Mr. Engineer is pharmacy management software set up for Pakistan and the surrounding region, with pricing in rupees. It connects the counter, the stock room and, for hospital pharmacies, inpatient billing in one system made of 22 modules.

The counter point of sale is built for pharmacy work: fast keyboard checkout and barcode scanning, and selling either whole packs or loose tablets with separate unit pricing, with each sale updating stock and the customer's payment. Inventory tracks medicines by batch, sells first-expiring stock first (FEFO), and raises expiry and reorder alerts.

For larger operations there is multi-branch support with stock transfers and supervisor access across locations, inward receiving and supplier ledgers for medicine distributors, and a hospital module covering wards, bed admissions, bed fees and discharge bills. Behind it sit cash tills, expenses, financial ledgers and reports, plus staff roles, an activity trail and database backups.
