Nursevi
An AI care-plan builder for nurses that links every goal and intervention back to a cue you can point at, so the reasoning is traceable rather than hidden.
About Nursevi
The problem with most care-plan help is that it hands you a finished document and leaves you unable to explain it. Nursevi works the other way. It builds the plan as a visible chain, cue to priority to goal to intervention to rationale to source to evaluation, with each link connected to the one before it so nothing appears without a reason you can trace.
It opens with a confirmation step rather than a generation step. Anything uncertain in the case material gets flagged for you to correct before it shapes the plan, which matters because a wrong assumption at the cue stage quietly distorts every intervention downstream. Once confirmed, you edit the chain directly, run a gap review, and revisit the evidence behind any proposal you are unsure about.
Two workflows are handled separately. Coursework mode takes your assignment brief, rubric and citation style so the output matches how it will be marked. Practice mode works against a local template and policy, updating only what changed and keeping a revision history against the existing patient context.
The constraints are the reason to consider it. It leaves uncertain details visible rather than smoothing them into confident prose, refuses to invent missing patient facts, and ties every proposal back to the case and the evidence selected. A free chain-check runs without an account and without any patient data entered.
Worth knowing: the iPhone app is still in App Review, so the web workspace is the product today. The company states plainly that this organizes and reviews care plans rather than replacing clinical judgment, and generated content needs verifying against the current case, local policy and your approved references before use.
