Replium
Replium combines a searchable help center, live chat widget, shared inbox, and email alerts for small support teams
About Replium
Replium is support software for small teams that do not have a dedicated support department. It gives customers a help center for repeated questions, then routes anything that still needs a person into a shared team inbox.
The product includes a website chat widget, article editor, search, categories, private draft preview links, private notes, saved replies, conversation filters, and email alerts when nobody is online. The homepage says the chat can be installed with one script tag on sites such as WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or a hand-coded page.
Replium is clear about what is not built yet. Email into the same inbox is described as nearly there, AI customer replies are designed but not started, widget help-center search is next, and custom help-center domains are planned.
Pricing currently has one self-service plan: Free. It includes two people answering, 100 conversations a month, 50 help articles in 20 categories, a help center, chat widget, email alerts, and AI-tool-assisted article writing, with no credit card required.
Features
- Help center articles are rendered server-side and listed in a sitemap

Frequently asked questions
Is the free plan actually free?
Yes: two people answering, 100 conversations a month, 50 articles, no card and no expiry date. If we ever change what the free plan includes, workspaces already on it keep what they signed up for, and you hear about it from us before it happens.
Is there an AI assistant answering for me?
No. There is no model behind Replium today and no code for one - conversations are answered by people, and the site says so plainly. An assistant that replies from your own help articles and hands over to a person when it is unsure is designed, not started.
Does it handle email as well as chat?
Not yet, and here is exactly where it stands: the half that turns a letter forwarded to your workspace into a conversation in the inbox is written and merged, and the half that sends your reply back out as a letter is not. Until both are done, email stays in your mail client.
Does the chat widget use cookies?
No. The privacy policy says the widget sets no cookies and uses one random local-storage identifier
Is there an uptime guarantee?
No. The terms say Replium does not offer an uptime guarantee.
